Nangami Yoga
At Nangami Yoga, we respect the fact that everyone is different, and has ever changing needs. The Nangami Yoga studio is a small intimate retreat that enables you to put the everyday pressures of life into perspective. Our peaceful and unique environment enables you to unwind, allowing you to reflect and gently transform your mind, body and soul.
Classes are currently running at the following times:-
Mondays 7:00pm-8:30pm, Meditation 8:40-9:10pm
Tuesdays 9:30am-11:00am - Gentle
5:15pm-6:30pm - Gentle
7:00pm-8:30pm, Meditation 8:40-9:10pm
Thursdays 6:00am-7:15am
7:00pm-8:30pm, Meditation 8:40-9:10pm
Fridays 9:30am-11:00am
If you would like to see a yoga class available at another time, please message me and let me know what times would suit you better, and if there's enough interest I'll look to put some more classes on.
Private Classes are available at any time outside the general class times.
